Coach Tom started his CrossFit training back in February of 2015 after completing his first WOD on a Saturday morning Open Gym session at CrossFit Lehigh Valley. After trying many different types of exercise regimens and programs, CrossFit seemed to be the one that stuck. After mainly focusing on coming to bodyweight/gymnastic movement days at the gym, Tom began to branch out to other parts of CrossFit and quickly realized that this was the training program for him. Tom never realized his potential as an athlete until he began training at CrossFit Lehigh Valley, and now, he feels as though fitness and exercise are important parts of his everyday life.
